Cherry Blossom

Cherry Blossom is inspired by its namesake. It is the national flower of Japan and associated with the Japanese traditional custom of observing the transient beauty of flowers. The seemingly random red marks symbolize the impermanence of life, a core teaching in Zen Buddhism.

FAQ

All artwork is shipped without a frame. Artwork 8×10 inches or smaller is shipped flat in an envelope with sturdy cardboard reinforcement and protected from moisture in an acid-free polypropylene bag. Artwork larger than 8×10 is shipped in a tube. You will receive a tracking number.

I do not sell framed artwork because framing is a very important and personal decision that will need to suit your budget and style.
